Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance if placed via our website or directly through us. Feepran accepts only cash on delivery. Please make sure you have the exact payment at the time of delivery so that you can ensure that the delivery process is not interrupted. We do not accept an order unless there is a required payment at the time of delivery.

Product Information and Acceptance

We provide proper descriptions and images about the product. However, the final product might vary little in their description due to customization or anything else. After receiving and accepting the cake, the responsibility for the cake lies with the buyer. We expect that you check the cake at the time of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds are given only in the case where the product delivered doesn't match with the agreed specifications; for example, it might be wrong or broken. After acceptance by the customer, a refund will be granted if the fault comes from our end. Please get in touch with us within 24 hours via [email protected]. Only bank transfers can be made in order to obtain the refund. Time taken is usually up to 10 working days.

Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal data to the extent necessary to process your orders. We are in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Feepran is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, including dissatisfaction or inconvenience caused by delays or errors beyond our control.
