At Feepran, we respect our customers and seek to provide the ultimate experience with each order. Below is the policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure there is clarity in understanding.
Returns
Once the cake is delivered, we request that you inspect the cake immediately upon delivery. Through accepting the delivery, you have agreed that the product is what you expected it to be. In case there is any damage or incorrect products at the time of delivery, kindly report to us right away. If the error was on our side, we will accept your return and initiate a refund. But we would not accept a return once the cake has been accepted. For example, in case the product delivered does not match the order placed or if it has arrived visibly damaged, we would definitely address the problem.

Refund
Orders with errors are refundable for Feepran, such as wrong items or damage during delivery. Refunds will not be processed for changing personal preference when the cake is accepted or even consumed.
Refunds are made through bank transfers only. After the approval of your return request, we will give you the necessary information to share your banking details. The refund will take about 10 business days to reflect in your account.
Payment Policy
We accept cash on delivery as the mode of payment. Be sure to have the exact amount at the time of delivery for easy processing.
